I've never seen a hamburger at McDonalds that looked like that, nor in America. Though I havent been everywhere yet.

I live in the United States, which is in North America. I've been to quite a few of the States and i've never seen a hamburger like this where the restaurant was not sued or closed down. I've not been to Central or South America so I can not really say.

Have to agree; been to many states (all but Alaska and Hawaii) and never saw anything even remotely like that. It wouldn't have to be shut down - it would go out of business. Besides, a hamburger on pita?
I do like the little skull in the apex of the triangle, though. (look closely)
